Some css are dropped by the theamroller but needed by jquery-mobile #54

When you build a theme with the theme roller, certain values are forgotten and are not present in the ouput CSS theme. For example, ui-btn-text is present in the default theme but is no where to find in a theme roller theme.

The ui-btn-text is in the structure.css file. The instructions on the download dialog were incorrect the theme should be included BEFORE the structure file. The instructions have been fixed accordingly.
