B swatch displays without colors if deleted and readded #77

To reproduce:

Goto http://jquerymobile.com/themeroller/

Click on the B tab, click Delete, then click Delete again (to Delete what was the C swatch) Click in the grey box to re-add a new B theme.

Shows up as all white besides the text elements.

Same issue as #78. Fixed.
