Use Submodule for DeSmuME Core #5

I'm currently working on nds4ios and thought that since both projects are based on DeSmuME it'd be cool if they could share the core as it could benefit both projects. I've created a repository with the merged core of both projects and have updated the projects to use them.

I've invited you to collaborate on that repo @jquesnelle, if you're interested in such change to the project.

I think you should keep the android one and work on it.
