jni: Add support for cortex-a15 and x86 systems #7

Temporarily abandoned - x86 is separate from Lightning JIT as it was developed for ARM, so it may require some reworking.

I'm considering reworking this PR to make the build system cleaner, although improving flags for performance is still a goal.
