MEV: if user entered the empty word the incorrect error message appears

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. My words -> Manage My Vocabulary -> Add word
2. Don't enter a word and press Add button
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
System shows a new error page with description the error message.
Expected: all error message should be one message stile. After try to add
an empty word the System shows error message on the current page like Add
text page

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
