Adjust site layouts + IE quirks #6

1. Menu should be chnaged. Background color is set by an image (like a button)
2. Review all the JSPs and come up to the single design solution, refine
bookis.css and rename it. Format JSPs if required. Basically, colors and
main direction of the design is not a subject to change in phase 1
3. IE!!!
4. Site (not functional) usability, e.g. font sizes, color shemas, cursors
shape, padding
5. Decide if required to shrink page's size (may not be correctly displayed
on small monitors)
6. Kill all dead (not phase 1 - related) links
