1. Review all the components, come up to the single ubiscus langusge (write
down to a file all the names and abbrevations of mev)
2. Write some help documentation in a tree-like form (like single-file
(pahse 1 is ok with that) Spring documentation. Make anchors.
3. Implement "help" link from every piece of functionality to make user
quick help IN A NEW WINDOW. (window.load)
4. (Low priority) Allow to a user to disable help, make some sort of
tiles-include for a help.
