Fixed footer, moved Google Font API CSS import to CSS, set up page to advance to film select on load, structured HTML better, added type attribute to CSS link, centered film select field, properly structured CSS and added comments, made html5shiv.js a local file and updated link in index.html, converted index.html from Western (Mac OS Roman) to UTF-8 encoding to match charset declaration.
Any copyrighted works I own in this fork (if any) are hereby released into the public domain so as to avoid any licensing conflicts in the future by moving this fork back into the master branch.
