added data from three conferences and preliminary analysis script #3

Added raw and formatted data files from 3 previous conferences.

The analysis script is adapted from @willettk and able to run all three data files as they currently are. We should do a more careful treatment of missing and unusual data. Known limitations include: Unable to run when an entire column of data is missing for speakers, chairs, or question askers
