Stop Notification Rollup

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. It is on by default and you cant turn it off

What is the expected output?
After (t) notification rollup will show all notifications from when you were 
away

What do you see instead?
Expected Output

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The Paid one from App Store

Please provide any additional information below.
I have tried to set this to 999 (16 mintues) and 0 however both do not prevent 
the notification rollup from showing. I mainly use this app to see notification 
when i am at my computer and couldnt care less what happened while i was away 
so it is an inconveinience to have to X the rollup each time i return to my mac
