Modify menu bar options #315

There are some things we need to remove from the menu now that Growl will also 
have a dock icon:

1) Edit should probably just go

2) Window might be cool to have preferences

3) Under Growl, Show Preferences needs to be enabled. Not sure what to do about 
it when it's menubar icon.

4) Help needs to either point to our website, or be removed.

It is quite anoying I can't disable growl menubar icon. User with 11 inch or 13 
inch screen like me to many menu bar icon is killing.
