Smoke display style shown twice in menus #333

When Smoke is selected as the default display style, it appears twice in the 
'Application's Display Style' field under individual application settings.

At some later point I am unable currently to ascertain, a second Smoke entry 
will also appear in the main Displays tab also. 
This second appearance in the Displays tab is removable with some fiddling. 
Removing the GHA .plist does not immediately remove this second entry. However 
upon replacing the removed file (so possibly just on second restart) it was for 
me. I haven't been able to regain the duplicate entry to test if wiping the 
cache files help instead. That is my other thought.

The individual application duplicate appearance remains through plist and cache 
clear.

If you change the default style in Display Options, does that change the 
application display pop-up so that the new default style is the one that's 
duplicated?
