Framework replacement will not work for Growl-WithInstaller.framework #338

Applications using the Growl-WithInstaller.framework will crash if the 
framework is replaced with Growl.framework. There are a number of differences, 
most notably the name and the bundle identifier.

Disable the ability to update the Growl-WithInstaller.framework. Display to the 
user why in some form.
