Duplicate Growls using the 1.3+ framework #397

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run an app with the new framework
2.Send a notification via GNTP
3.Get into a state where the socket is closed, but we have yet to read the OK
response
4.See duplicate notification pop up.

What is the expected output?
Only one notification
What do you see instead?
2 copies of the notification

This is possibly Growl.app closing the socket too fast on sending out the -OK,
I have yet to see this myself, this is from a thread on the development board:

Closing as fixed in source, I haven't seen this in a long time, and the new
framework/gntp stack in 2.0 shouldn't have this problem.
