Hotkey to post notification of currently playing item. #471

The title explains most of what I'm going for here: a global hotkey that lets 
users see a GrowlTunes notification whenever they want, without having to, say, 
tap the play/pause button twice.

It'd be a great little addition for people who have lots of music (especially 
stuff like electronica and soundtrack), and can't always remember which song is 
currently playing, but want to find out so they know whether to skip it or not. 
Instead of having to force a break in the music, people can just hit the hotkey 
to see a growl of what's playing.
