Address caching weirdness #546

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Apparently our address caching implementation is causing some issues with 
network forwarding.
2. Possible duplicate forwarding issue

What is the expected output?
Notes go through to the cached address without going to the same address 
multiple times

What do you see instead?
Notes getting duplicated potentially

For now, I have disabled all usage of internal address caching for 2.0.1.  We 
need to decide if its even worth looking at fixing (if it is the cause of the 
problem).

Closing as wontfix, the caching system isn't of enough importance to be worth 
the bother for our application.
