Growlnotify fails, only works after restarting growl #552

Hi, 
I use growlnotify a lot, and recently upgraded to OS X 10.8. Since then 
I've been getting a lot of these messages when using growlnotify: 
2012-07-24 10:43:31.741 growlnotify[67995:707] 
<GrowlGNTPRegistrationAttempt: 0x7fbea380d410> failed because Error 
Domain=GCDAsyncSocketErrorDomain Code=7 "Socket closed by remote peer" 
UserInfo=0x7fbea2c21410 {NSLocalizedDescription=Socket closed by remote 
peer} 
2012-07-24 10:43:31.742 growlnotify[67995:707] Failed to register with 
(null) 
It only seem to get resolved when I quit Growl and restart it. 
I'm running Growl 1.4, with growlnotify 1.3. Also happened on Growl 2.0. .

Nope, still using the previous version.
