Add in Navigation Bar for multiple Tabs / Pages #4

Need to make a decision on Navigation Bar:

Option 1: Horizontal Navigation Bar at the top
Option 2: Vertical Navigation Bar that operates from Popout via button click
Option 3: a mix of Option 1 & Option 2 for accessibility

Following Changes need to be made:

[ ] Choose which Navbar option to go with
[ ] Develop Navigation to have 4 options currently: Passengers, Airports, Route Characteristics, On Time Performance
[ ] Develop either tabs or simply create new containers with the analytic and descriptive information
[ ] Update text, Try to incorporate animations
