Bring in On Time Performance Analytical data into SQL Database. Steps below as follows:

• [ ] Download CSVs (Reach out to Michael to automate this process via api calls)
• [ ] Load into google cloud, then into SQLite database (Check size, see if its appropriate)
• [ ] Create initial summary tables, test performance of query (Goal is sub 1 second for app usage)
