This PR will update the pot file with the changes of my previous PR's and add a German translation.

It is based upon #16 , #17 and #18 . Only merge after this.

@jranaraki @Anne017: I removed the third gender for the time being since discussions are not fully resolved. We can always add that later.

But I would like to have the other parts of this ready to be merged because they are worth it.
