add Xperia X to readme as tested device #25

I am running the app on two Xperia X devices. Does that count as "tested"? Or do you have a certain test plan that needs to be fulfilled?

As long as someone has tested the app and made sure they have seen a decent result in terms of step counts on their device then it can be added to the list.
