Sherpa is a highly available, fast, and flexible horizontal job scaling for HashiCorp Nomad. It is capable of running in a number of different modes to suit different requirements, and can scale based on Nomad resource metrics or external sources.

Update system info to reference more generic storage backend. #41
The Sherpa storage backend is now a more generic storage backend rather than just for policies. The Sherpa internals are therefore updated to match this.
