AppCrash with the New winmm.dll r153 #37

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Clean Instalation of Torchlight v1.5 (Steam)
2. Copy the new version of tlmp v153
3. Start the game, and after show the main menu -> App

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
