Feature Request: fontify GitHub emoji cookies

In gfm-mode, it'd be rad if strings like looks good to me :+1: fontified the :+1: somehow to make it stand out.

Have you seen this minor mode: https://github.com/iqbalansari/emacs-emojify? I haven't used it, but it claims to support the GitHub emoji format.

Ooh, neat 👍 I'll include that package as a suggested plugin, then. I wonder if it works under a terminal.
