This patch adds support for residual fuel which was added to recent RealFuels builds.

Could this pull be merged? I believe it is required for KER to be compatible with Real Fuels (and therefore the entire RO/RSS/RP-1 suite of mods). Without this pull being merged, people are currently forced to manually download the fixed DLL from the RP-1 discord if they want to use KER without it crashing randomly.

Yes I started to review it, did not have time to test it yet to make sure it doesnt break anything in vanilla and wanted to get that other stuff pushed out first.
