Sentries going after imaginary targets

Details, in no particular order:

• Sentries angrily attack a wall without visible cause
• Sentries in question are "Snipers" - bow-wielding lookouts with range 100 placed on high towers.
• Sentries are in a WorldGuard'd area that blocks any mob spawning
• /sentry info shows the sentry targeting "craftBat" (Sometimes other mobs too, but bat is most common)
• /butcher -a 200 shows that there are 0 mobs in range
• It either always effects a sentry or never affects a sentry... which sentries it chooses seems to be random
• sometimes they rapidly swap between targeting an enemy and targeting nothing (At the detection calculation rate)
• They can be "fixed" by walking into them and making them move... they will then act normally until the chunk is reloaded, at which time they attack ghosts again.
• Also, running CB 1.5.1 dev build + citizens 2 "Jenkins" dev build (Both latest) and Sentry... whichever one is on the wiki (Downloaded earlier this week)

Edit: Also, I notice several outdated old irrelevant issues that should be closed, aren't. Jrbubba, might wanna clean that up. And also the wiki maybe. (EG "New Warlock types when wither skulls are available." in planned additions... which is clearly already made and done.)

This might still be an issue or not be. I moved my NPC's spawnpoint (before updating sentry) just a few blocks over and they stopped attacking. The bug seems to be too extremely specific to a few weird exact cases to bother debugging this more. I'm closing to help jrbubba clean the issue tracker.
