it shows note pad #23

when i open the installer it shows me the installer note pad so i cant play vr

you need java installed to run the installer, you can get the oracle one from here https://java.com/en/download/. if you already have java installed, and the installer won't open with it, run jarfix from here https://johann.loefflmann.net/en/software/jarfix/index.html#Download.
