my computer says that it can´t lauch #42

i watched 4 tutorials on how to download this mod but everytime it doesn´t include my issue because an .jar isn´t an java program and it doesn´t launch if i change it to an .exe it says that my computer can´t handle it and that i must ask the developer if it is for my pc but i know my pc can handle it because i can play 1.16.5 so i don´t know what i must do

If the jar isn't showing up as a Java program, that leads me to believe you don't have Java installed on your machine. You also can't just change the file extension to .exe for a lot of reasons..

Then again, Minecraft needs Java to run. Then again, it has its own bundled runtime.

I'd, say, just to be sure, install Java again here. Once that's done, the .jar for Vivecraft should show up as an actual Java file.
