[request] Wear your heartbeat on your sleeve

I absolutely love being able to put my status bar on the inside of the wrist; especially with the ability to select a tool from the bar by touching it with my other hand. However, I don't necessarily poll it often enough. As a result, I have to check my health manually, and I sometimes miss chat lines--especially when I think I'm still alone on the server. Can you have it shake the controllers when there's something important?

Just as an example, perhaps

• Pulse once or twice when a new line appears in the chat window (message, or enter/leave notification)
• Pulse like a heartbeat when I'm low on health
• Rumble like a stomach growling when I'm low on food (low duty cycle, maybe for a second every ten?)
• Perhaps make a sharp rumble when armor is broken?

If you can make this happen, that would be absolutely awesome. Thanks!

Makes me wonder if there's any chat/health warning sound addon's out there.
