Interaction between sliders #14

I would suggest that the slider for the intercept is only greyed out (inactive) if automatic intercept adjustment is turned on. (Currently the slider for the intercept is also inactive when showing the response is turned off. )

That is was Georg suggested (see Issue #10 )

Georg mentioned the "adjuste intercept automatically"-button but I was talking about the intercept slider. (#10: If 'add mean' or 'add response' is not enabled, then 'adjuste intercept automaticall' makes no sense -> grey out) Setting the intercept manually should be possible whenever the "adjust intercept automatically" button is inactive.
