App closes on empty number of knots #23

When removing the number of knots, the app closes. I guess this is due to the dynamic update of the input field?

Steps to reproduce:

In B-splines or N-splines tab
Go into the input field for Number of knots and delete 2. This can happen if the user wants to input e.g. 5 by typing, instead of 2

Expected behaviour: no crash
