Reset input button - FP powers #60

It seems there are a lot of issues with the reset input button...another one is that it does not seem to reset powers set in the fractional polynomial panel.

Is this intended (I don't think so - as a user I would expect reset input resets all input, including powers)? Should I investigate if this can be implemented?

Thank you - we have updated the input panel recently and some things are still missing (especially powers and position of knots) but it is on my to-do list
