Re-add ASM for Enchantment Name Fix #55

Version: SNAPSHOT 88 Issue: after the asm was removed the name fix isn't always going to work now. I believe it was incompatible before from the simple fact that I was replacing the whole method so it broke another mod's names. We will try again with pure bytecode asm edits.

Reason JEI and other things will now not display correct enchantments for higher levels if possible.

it is re-added back. As for converting to pure bytecode this can be done in 1.2.4 update the asm compatibility update.
