Display instructor email & photo on instructor page #130

Instructor images can be programmatically embedded like this:

http://explorecourses.stanford.edu/instructorPhoto?sunet=[SUNET HERE]

I also added an instructor email field, which you should display. This should make the instructor pages look more complete.
