Let users save courses they like to a 'favorites' / watch list.

heh - didn't work on this and will likely take a while to implement

We might want to emulate the carta "pinned courses" behavior for this / streamline the favorites thing for choosing next quarter's classes. Might want to wait on this until the weekly planner is done.
