Bad & slow loading of planner on production #222

Loading the planner takes a long time and there is no apparently loading indicator for when it is loading.

  1. Add better loading indicators for pages, especially the four year planner page
  2. Try to speed up loading on the planner page

Optimized fairly well for this - main thing for now is loading message.
