Handle section components better #224

If you look at the explorecourses search page, you'll see an option called "Components", which enumerates the different types of sections. We should divide the display of sections into these types on course pages and eventually allow section components to be specified in the advanced search.

I think the "open sections" / "open discussion sections" is fine because "open sections" covers just about everything - not just lectures.
