The button on the course detail site is not very useful - make it say if a class was already added and potentially improve the way you select a year / choose where it goes.

Goal: make it load almost instantly on the production website. Will need to do work with the API & frontend on this.

Root problem is fixing the plans and plan_years API endpoints so that they're faster.

The endpoints are pretty fast now - closing this task for now because these buttons are adequate.
