3.1.0 release #103

Please create a 3.1.0 release for the changes on master. I really don't like pointing to a repository without version specification in my Podfile.

Seconded 3.0.1 is the latest cocoapod release

3.2 has been pushed to CocoaPods now. This updates the library for Xcode 10 and Swift 4.2
