Remove windowed_metrics Function #21

I originally made this function for convenience, but I think maintaining two separate data sets is bad form. All data processing should happen before analysis.

I ended up leaving the function it but removing the dependence on it from the pupil and click stream data. Eye gaze still depends on it.
