Update language and fix cursor issue on value edition #7

A bunch of 3 commits:

Fix cursor issue on value edition: on a smartphone/tablet screen, it's complex to move the cursor position in an input field. So it's near impossible to update the value for a smartphone/tablet user. I've moved the cursor at the end of the input field to solve the issue.
Change language icons (flag instead of turtle) and now the button of the current language appears to be selected in the toolbar.
Add French localization for blocks

Thanks for fixing the cursor issue, I didn't know how to do that :o , Thanks for the flags images, now it looks better, and thanks for adding a new language to the turtle :)
