Mismatched season length #7

The 2008-09 season is two weeks short due to a merge with "Weekly_Data_Counts.cvs". This file (from CDC website) is missing epiweeks 16–17, for some reason.

Resolved this issue by dropping the CSV referenced above (which was not necessary for analysis).
