Issue 34 is awaiting review. I'm pretty confident that it will pass. I am removing the black and assigning this issue to myself.

To better apraxia the size and scope of this feature I will be assigning a discussion thread to document the progress and any obstacles I may run in to.

NVM, will keep discussion here in this thread.

NEXT steps are cloning branch 23 to my working branch.

I will be creating a new package to hold DAO classes.

THIS ISSUE IS BLOCKED BY #33
