Mergin commits in 17 (model classes) into 23 FXML. #37

Now that we have model classes and FXML more or less figured out I wish to merge the two into a single branch. Having visibility over these two type of classes is crucial for work in our controller and DAO structures.

This pull will delete branch 17, You may continue to commit all work for any model and FXML classes in branch 23.
