formatting breaks urls in posts #28

underscores specifically, it probably is something being run through markdown 
that shouldn't, 
check in common/templates/stream.html and common/templatetags/format.py

specifically, the sequence '_4_' inside a URL got marked up with emphasis tags, 
and escaped into in the link's 
href attribute.

this is driving me crazy, bumping priority, we probably have to remove markdown 
from
that stuff and go back to our old simpler code
