Add new "purple" theme #72

Proposed theme in purple.

Hey,

Thanks for submitting the theme! One thing though: we need to generate the theme from the .sass files, so you'll need to create a layout/sass/theme_purple.sass file (look at the others in that folder for context) and then compile the sass file into theme_purple.css, either using the compilecss.sh script or using the npm commands in the DEVELOPERS.md file.
