Goto line #161

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use "goto line number"
2. Type a line number
3. Cursor jumps to line (typed number)+1

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Cursor jumps to the next line, should jump to the typed line number.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SVN.
