Removing csrf_value tag #282

(PR based on django110 branch). Do not merge it before django110 branch has been merged.

Since we have some incompatibility changes, the next version will be 0.9.0 (or shall we jump to 1.0.0?)

Let's merge a bit more thing and bump to 1.0.0 =)

(I may be able to add foundation support in a few weeks) We have bootstrap4, message framework, django 1.10 support... We're going to have a nice changelog.
