Fixed inconsistencies in documentation #324

PROJECT_DIR -> BASE_DIR Removed version number in npm install since angular v2 is another package.

@jwrede since you're here, could you please review the latest pull request for django-angular version 2.0: https://github.com/jrief/django-angular/pull/321/files

Since this PR is quite big, it's enough if you check the demo projects and test if all forms work as expected.
