Trouble using long range double helix PSF #10

Hi Jonas,

I am having issues using a long range double helix PSF with the fitting with an experimental model GUI. The PSF spans about 75 px in both x and y, but we are not able to change the ROI size to larger than 51 in the GUI. Is there a way to adjust this in the code, or should we be looking at altering a different parameter for this issue?

Thank you, Julia

Hi Julia, I tried it out, and for me I could calibrate a PSF with 91 pixels. Make Sur ehe ROI size: X,Y parameter is uneven. Can you send me the error? Or let me know what went wrong? Of course, the beads need to be sufficiently in the center, the GUI cuts out only beads where the ROI fits completely in the image. However, I am not sure if such large calibrations can run on the GPU for fitting. Try with much smaller batch sizes. Best, Jonas
